Thank you for shopping at Treasure State Tackle. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Opened or used fishing lures, bait, or tackle
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in your confirmation email. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
